A free consultation can either by phone or an in-person meeting with you and or your family or responsible party with our director or field supervisor to get a better understanding on the service you require and to understand how we can help.

This can take place for example in your home, Rehab or in the hospital, or, if you prefer, can be via a phone call or a video call. There is no charge for this visit and no obligation to sign up for any service afterwards.

It all starts with a phone call and a discussion regarding your care needs. One of our experienced Team members will then schedule a visit to meet the care recipient and or their family members or responsible party and create Care Plan detailing the expected care needs. As soon as we have a full understanding of the recipients care needs, we will organize the perfect match with one of our caregivers. In many cases, we can place a caregiver as soon as the same day or within 24 hours!

We have an entire team dedicated to finding, interviewing and training the best caregivers in the world – literally! We receive applicants from caregivers all around the world with varying skills, experience and personalities wanting to join our team. Each applicant is put through a rigorous screening process, including multiple interviews, record and health checks, skill testing, and in-person training to ensure we are only hiring the best of the best!

All of our caregivers are employees of our business. This means we provide all the proper insurance coverage, workers compensation, tax withholdings and ongoing training and support so you don’t have to.
